How to prepare for meals
Option 1 - Add boiling water and let the carrots soak for 15-20 minutes. Once soft, drain and use in preferred meals. top tip: Once soft add a little coconut oil, to enhance the nutritional value and yumminess.

Option 2 Use  as is as a dried treat or topper  - for carrot-loving doggies
